Exhibition retail initiatives to strengthen personnel training

MICE industry proposed to improve the exhibition personnel database , local practitioners understand the advantages and disadvantages , strengthen teaching practice , develop students' professional horizons. Joint training bodies want the retail industry , the establishment of training co-ordination unit , commissioned by the Mainland or foreign higher vocational schools to assist Macao planned training of retail personnel. Convention and Exhibition Industry Association, said Lu Dehua speaking , the exhibition will continue to develop the exhibition industry professionals , in addition to the existing training programs , plans to host the exhibition in Frontline Management training courses this year ; perfect exhibition personnel database , to understand the advantages of local practitioners exhibition shortcomings , strengthen the training efforts ; strengthening and implementation of a more perfect system of professional certification and mutual recognition with neighboring regions to further expand the development of space industry professionals . In addition, many students each year in Macau to go abroad to study, study MICE industry with outstanding professional talent to establish contact , to encourage the development back to Australia . Fair and Trade Association said that currently many local universities and vocational college offer exhibition and pre- professional training courses , but unfortunately after the proportion of graduates into the exhibition industry is not high , many students lack understanding of the operation of the exhibition business degree . Strong practical exhibition industry , the need to strengthen the practice of teaching education , organizing students to participate in internships and more in-depth understanding of the exhibition of the first line, expand professional horizons of students , training professionals , strong hands of talents. Formation of professional training institutions Retail Management Association, in a written statement pointed out that except employment policy , nurturing local talent plays an important role in solving the problem of human resources . Over the years various training institutions committed to the development of retail -based training courses , it would be difficult to deal with a wide range of retail professional training , the proposed joint training institutions , professional training to co-ordinate the establishment of retail units , cultivation more local retail professionals to international development. Macao International Brand Enterprise Chamber of the written statement referred to invest heavily in training , nurturing local talent , the proposed commission Mainland or foreign higher vocational ( skill ) to assist the Macao Institute of retail planned training personnel training through professional services , from improving local industry service levels. Employers should also improve the working environment and retail image, maintaining competitive compensation and advancement opportunities to retain talent.
